Publish selected jobs on your branded CandiLite careers portal. Collect applications and resumes, review them in an Applicants inbox, and choose who to add to your candidate database. Included with Solo Pro and Team Pro for agency and corporate workspaces.
Share your portal link from your own website. Applicants do not need a CandiLite account. Public postings and screening questions stay separate from your internal job details.
Pay for 12 months upfront and save 10% compared with paying the standard monthly rate for 12 months. The yearly view shows both the monthly equivalent and the amount billed. Team totals depend on your number of paid users, with a two-user minimum. Your included Candis still reset monthly, on the monthly anniversary of your subscription start date.
Included monthly Candis do not roll over. Purchased Candis are used after your included allowance and do not expire while your account exists. You need an eligible active subscription to spend them. Teams share one balance across paid members.
Buy a pack when you need extra AI usage. Upgrade to Pro for job postings, the application portal, Resume Refresh and more storage and transfer. For recruiting and staffing agencies, Billing & Timesheets is included with Solo Pro and Team Pro. Buying Candis adds usage without changing the features or capacity of your plan.
Pro users can email a request for 1 Candi, charged when the email provider accepts it. One optional reminder after 7 days is included. Creating and sharing a direct upload link is free. Successfully AI-processing the returned resume costs 1 Candi.
Each request accepts one resume. Once a file passes screening and is stored, the link closes. Failed or rejected uploads can be retried. An identical resume with a saved result is reused without a new AI call or processing charge.
If your balance is empty when a resume arrives, the file is saved and marked “Awaiting AI processing” until Candis are available.
New Solo subscribers pay $174 upfront for the first year ($14.50/month equivalent), with 250 Candis each month. From year two, renewal is $313.20 per year, with 500 Candis each month. This matches the standard annual Solo price. The offer ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MST.
The first-year offer has a smaller monthly Candi allowance than standard Solo. Included Candis reset monthly; they are not issued as one annual balance. Taxes may apply.

Solo Pro and Team Pro include contractor timesheets, a shareable portal link, approvals, invoice creation, PDF downloads and client billing records for recruiting and staffing agencies. Invoice email sending, payroll and full accounting are not included.
These tools handle your client billing. Your CandiLite subscription is managed separately under Organization.
Five paid users cost $245/month on Team or $395/month on Team Pro. With yearly billing, the upfront totals are $2,646 and $4,266 respectively. Each paid user adds their plan’s monthly Candi allowance to the shared balance.
Every internal user, including your primary administrator, needs a paid seat. All users in a workspace use the same tier. Standard Team plans support 2–25 users. External candidates and contractors using the limited portal do not need ATS seats. For 26+ users, contact us.
Manage your subscription under Organization. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future subscription charges; paid access continues through the current billing period. Canceling does not automatically issue a refund or delete your records.
For monthly or annual subscription charges and Candi purchases, email billing@candilite.com to request a refund. Requests are reviewed individually and require approval; no automatic refund or money-back window is promised. This does not limit rights required by applicable law.
Confirmed Candi purchase refunds remove only unused Candis from that purchase. Used or pending amounts require review.

Your Primary Admin can export organization records as CSV and JSON, with stored candidate, job and client attachments. Available in agency and corporate workspaces, including after subscription cancellation while the data is retained.
Export from Organization → Export your data. Use desktop Chrome or Edge for large archives. The export report identifies missing files and excluded items; it is not an automatic restore file.
