Your Primary Admin can export organization records as CSV and JSON, with stored candidate, job and client attachments. Available in agency and corporate workspaces, including after subscription cancellation while the data is retained.
Export from Organization → Export your data. Use desktop Chrome or Edge for large archives. The export report identifies missing files and excluded items; it is not an automatic restore file.
Send a supported PDF or Word attachment from the Outlook add-in, then choose where to file it in CandiLite. Installation instructions are available in your workspace.

Team and Team Pro share recruiting records across paid members. Primary Admin, Manager and Member roles control organization management; the Primary Admin manages roles and data export.
